When you have made your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

We will take payment from your credit/debit card via your Paypal account. Payment will be taken as soon as your order has been dispatched. For further information about Paypal or to create an account, please visit Paypal.
Special made orders: I case of made to order or custom orders with a production time BY WILDT will take payment as soon as the production of the item starts.
Currencies and VAT
VAT is included in all our prices. All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK)
Any items in current stock will be packaged and posted within 1-3 working days of receiving the order.
If you purchase a made to order items you will receive an email with estimated time of delivery. The production of made to order items will start the following working day.
Your order will be delivered in Denmark with GLS. You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard Pickup Location or Self Pick Up in my studio in Birkerød. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days. Shipping cost will be indicated at the webshop before you check out.

If your delivery address is outside Denmark, you may be subject to import duties. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
Return Policy
BY WILDT offer 14 days of full return on any standard item. Bespoke or custom made items cannot be returned.
The return policy is according to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act § 17.
If you wish to return your purchase please send an e-mail to hello@bywildt.dk named "Return" and include your name, contact information and, if possible, provide a tracking number. BY WILDT does not cover the return costs. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches BY WILDT.

Refund
BY WILDT will give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. PayPal - Your refund will be processed as soon as BY WILDT receives your return. PayPal will send you a separate email confirming this. We kindly ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return.
24 Months Warranty
According to the Danish law you have a 24 month warranty on all purchased products.
Be aware that normal wear and tear as well as a lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty. If you discover a defect in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, contact BY WILDT and explain the default or defect. BY WILDT will then deal with your complaint. If the item is defect, BY WILDT will seek to remedy this by repair or alternatively make a replacement.
Handmade Products
As these are handmade products, an item may differ slightly from the product image on the webshop. There will be no major deviations, but there may be small differences in e.g. color, size and processing. These are handmade products, where each individual product is made by Elisabeth Wildt herself. This is not mechanical mass production, where two products are completely alike. BY WILDT is therefore not responsible for these small variations and does not consider such products to be defective or damaged.
Leather is an organic material with small variations in the surface such as small irregularities, smaller folds, variation in thickness and color. These are not considered faults, but as the natural expression of leather.
BY WILDT offers 2 years warranty on all seams and joints!
Complaint
If for any reason there is a problem with the bag you can return it and receive a full refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is the case. You can also have the item repaired. You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. BY WILDT will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product.

BY WILDT will only store information that directly relates to your purchase, and only BY WILDT will have access to them. BY WILDT understands and respects the importance of privacy online and will not expose information on customers/users to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. BY WILDT will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third parties without your prior permission.
Any dispute between BY WILDT and the customer is subject to Danish law.
